Accommodation :
20°Sud (South) boutique-hotel 4* Superior offers 34 rooms and suites, situated in a coconut grove on the open sea, divided into 4 "Austral Suites", 2 "Suites", 9 "Beachfront" rooms and 19 "Charm" rooms oriented and sea view (subject to availability).
No room or suite are like another.
All rooms have:

The 4 new Austral Suites are positioned just a few meters from the ocean’s edge with a beautiful view across the bay. A couple of the suites have a private pool and the others have their own Jacuzzi on the terrace.
Stunning interior décor has been provided by Flamant Home Interiors®. Additional features include flat screen plasma TV with complimentary WIFI access and Nespresso® machines.
The 2 roomy Suites are on the water, with a «cosy» living room corner. They both are equipped with an outdoor Jacuzzi, and to be mentioned: bouquet of exotic flowers at arrival of our unsuited guests and, (for minimum stay of 7 nights) one free bottle a famous French Champagne and one free massage of 30 minutes per person.
For families or groups of friends, the hotel has four Charm communicating rooms: one pair is made of 2 double rooms, the other pair made of one double and one triple.
These rooms can be sold together or separately.
Only 1 "Suite", 1 "Beachfront" and 2 "Charm" rooms offer one supplementary bed
In order to preserve the intimate and specific nature of the boutique hotel, groups more than 8 guests as well as children under 12 years of age are unfortunately not accepted in the hotel.
All rooms and suites of the Boutique Hotel 20°Sud are exclusively non-smoking. However, you can smoke outdoors on your private terrace and/or other outdoor smoking hotel areas (beach, pool, bar etc.). In respect of Residents of boutique hotel of 20°Sud.
Pets are not allowed.
Restaurant and entertainment :
The hotel has a restaurant and a bar.
- English breakfast (buffet from 7.00 to 10.30 am) and continental with no limit of time.
- "A la carte" Lunch is served from 12 pm to 2.30pm and Dinner from 7:30pm to 9:30 pm (last cuisine order).
A young, talented Mauritian Chef supervises the kitchen and the supplies to offer you a variety of perfectly fresh menus.
Complementary Afternoon tea/coffee with daily fresh pastry is served from 4:00 to 5:00 pm with a choice of local Mauritius teas.
At the poolside bar, enjoy fresh fruit juices, traditional drinks or the house rum cocktails plus excellent French and South African wines.
Soft Live Musical entertainment almost every night.
A dress code is required in the evening (no short, T-shirt or bare foot in the bar and the restaurant).
The SPA :
This place is totally dedicated to beauty and well-being and consists of 4 massage rooms, one Turkish bath and one Jacuzzi.
A broad choice of massages and beauty treatments is proposed with the Comfort Zone® products as well as other beauty treatments as manicure, pedicure, waxing and teeth whitening.
Sports and services
20°Sud boutique Hotel has 2 lovely outdoor fresh water swimming pools (heated in winter June to September at 28°c) with a view of the sea. The hotel enjoys a small, private white sand beach with deck chairs and thatch kiosks. Swimming is excellent. Beach towels are supplied to clients.
The hotel is a perfect location for windsurfers and catamaran lovers: a huge bay sheltered from the waves with a continual breeze all year long!

Excursions :
20° Sud is also an excellent starting point to discover Mauritius. Pamplemousses Botanical Garden and Sugar Museum are just 15 min away by car, the huge Mont Choisy and trou aux Biches beach is only 5 min and Port Louis a 30 min drive.
The hotel has also an extraordinary site at its disposal on Flat Island.
The Governor’s House is housed within an old ruin dating from the 19th century, now a listed building is a little restaurant we have fitted out in the middle of nowhere: Just a few tables, a magical setting on a wild beach looking out to sea within lush and protected surroundings. Every effort is made to respect the natural environment, even your shower water is desalinated using solar energy.
Fresh fish, lobster and Australian meat kebabs are on the menu. The hotel's private Catamaran Lagoon 440 ® will take you to the island, a journey of 1.15 hours, and is also available for private hire for cruises around the island, drinks at sunset etc.....
Important to mention: the hotel organizes different private excursions by boat or by car.
