20°Sud (South) Boutique Hotel 4* Superior, Grand Bay - Mauritius.
Reservations:

Reservations will only be definitively confirmed after a deposit of 50% of the total amount payable by credit card or bank transfer.
The balance of the "accommodation" of stay is then payable on arrival at the boutique hotel 20°Sud.

Arrival and departure:
The day of arrival, the reception of guests in bedrooms (Check-in) is done from 2 pm.
The day of departure (check-out), the rooms must be vacated by 11:30 am.
The availability of the room for a morning host (Early check-in) or a late departure (late check-out) can be guaranteed, subject to availability, with a surcharge equal to 75% of the price per person per night. This supplement does not include any meals.
Half-board includes breakfast buffet, from 7am to 10:30 am, then a continental shelf without time limit, an "Afternoon tea/coffee” including a "home made pastry" is served from 4 pm to 5pm and the "à la carte" dinner evening (without drinks) is served from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (last order). Full board includes an extra lunch.
Please note that the boutique hotel 20°Sud does not provide a stay with breakfast only.
In order to preserve the intimate and specific nature of the boutique hotel, groups more than 8 guests as well as children under 12 years of age are unfortunately not accepted in the hotel.
A Dress Code is required from 7 pm in the bar and restaurant. Wearing shoes and long pants for men is imperative.
All rooms and suites of the Boutique Hotel 20°Sud are exclusively non-smoking. However, it is possible to smoke outdoors on your private terrace and/or other outdoor smoking hotel’s areas (beach, pools, bar etc.) with respect of Residents of boutique hotel 20°Sud.
Cancellation Policy:
For any cancellation, we charge
● 25% within 21 days of arrival.
● 50% within 14 days of arrival.
● 100% within 7 days of arrival and/or if any changement of dates shall occur during the stay (date, duration, number of guests, meal plan, services etc.) regarding original dates reserved.
No show:
● 100% of the booking.
NB: Cancellation will only become effective after a written confirmation is received by the hotel.
A complimentary shuttle service in a traditional motor pirogue is available from hotel pontoon to center of Grand Bay (Sunset Boulevard pier) every day, 4 times a day at fixed hours: 9:30, 11:30, 14:00, and 16:30.
In an exceptional case of bad weather and/or bad sea conditions, this service may be suspended without notice or compensation and will be replaced by a shuttle car or minivan.
Any dispute, controversy or claim of any nature, that could not find an amicably solution, will be heard under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mauritian legal authorities.
